Sprix History

Hailing from Nagaoka City in Niigata, a regional city in the remote prefecture
hundreds of kilometers from Tokyo, Sprix is now (2022) the 4th biggest tutoring
education company in Japan, with our target on the international market.
Springs significance comes from the long cold winters, where everything gets
buried in snow and freezes. The warmth brings life and green.
Seasons are very symbolic of the cycle of life itself.
SPRIX was established in 1997, in a crowded and competitive tutoring education
business, and had no choice but to innovate. Targeting the silent and often
forgotten majority (average students), we are now among the most well known
educational institutions in Japan.

Our Tone

However undervalued, how under looked, every being, animal, plant-life,
microorganism has a place in the forest.
Many educational institutions focus heavily on those who are the high achievers,
leaving those with seemingly lesser marks without focused aid.
We seek to counter this imbalance and make the educational ecosystem healthy.
Reducing educational disparity one student at a time.
Our Mood:
If everybody saw education as an ecosystem, everybody would have a place.

Our Audience

We are here for students who could use another chance, the ones who need a
confidence boost, a helping hand.
SPRIX is here to shed sweat and tears with our ‘sometimes’ misfit customers for
the purpose of transforming lives through education.
We have the experience and know-how to help them succeed.
It just so happens that these students are the majority, so it makes sense.
We plan to expand our services to to adults in the near future. for a win=win=win..

Our intentions/actions are honest

Any contributions we make to our customers, partners and stakeholders, we do so
with complete integrity.
If we cannot conduct our business in a open and transparent manner, any
progress we make would be called in question, therefore we politely disengage
from such interactions.
We make our pursuits in all clarity and truthfulness.

Our contributions must be tangible

Our focus is improving grades.
Improved grades leads to better school/job selection and more options in life.
The only detectable way our private institution can contribute to individuals around
the world.
SPRIX does not engage in what is not measurable, ‘leadership’ ‘happiness’
‘communication’, etc., might be side effects of what we do, but are not gauges for
our success.
